Before the Wedding ● 2–3 phone consultations prior to the wedding day to discuss details ● Wedding advice and recommendations based on time management, decor and table layout your own personal wedding guide! ● Will provide a list of details to gather of the coming months and one details provided will create an organized and detailed day of wedding binder that’s shareable to add, edit and send to family and vendors ● Personally contact all vendors and introduce ourselves as your coordinator and confirm arrival and set up times ● Review and confirm the wedding day timeline with the couple and vendors week of the wedding on our final call ● Attend the final venue walk-through to familiarize with the event space, seating, and room layout for ceremony and reception Wedding / Event Day ● Complete wedding day coordination for 12 hours, including decor setup and clean up with 2 day of coordinators ● Oversee vendor setup of the ceremony and reception space ● Serve as the single point of contact for all vendors — filtering questions, approving deliveries, and troubleshooting ● Set up personal decor: card box, toasting flutes, special photos, guest book, unity candle, place cards, table numbers, seating chart ● Assist photographer gather the wedding party and family for photos ● Assist the couple and wedding party as needed prior to ceremony - check/assist final touches ● Distribute bridal bouquet, bridesmaid bouquets, boutonnières, and corsages ● Organize the wedding party to ensure everyone is in place and ready for the ceremony and queuing for ceremony ● Couple VIP experience - We get your food, snacks, drinks and do wellness checks through out the night to make sure you can enjoy your day! ● Orchestrate the couple's entrance, toasts, speeches, special dances, bouquet toss, garter toss, and grand exit to keep the timeline on track ● Collect personal items and gifts, ensuring they're with a designated person and ready to go at the end of the night ● Special requests, don’t want someone coming in that wasn’t invited; we got you! No DJ just needing some help with a playlist and some announcements; we got you! Have a family member that needs some extra care through the night; we got you! **This package can be split up
